Here are the steps to solve the Epson Printer Offline issue. Allow a minute for the Epson printer to boot up. Check to see if the Epson printer is connected to the computer and if it has network access. Further, use the local administrator account to access your machine. To open the run dialogue box, go to the start menu and type Control panel.
After that, pick Devices and Printers from the drop-down menu. Now you can see the list of printers. Choose See What's Printing from the context menu of your Epson printer. Remove the check mark next to Use Printer Offline when you click on the printer.
